Questions
Usually. The limits are the soil stack and the door swing rather than the floor area. We will measure up and tell you honestly if it would leave the bedroom too compromised to be worth it.
Often yes, though it depends on the floor build-up and whether we can achieve the falls needed. Suspended timber floors need more thought than concrete, and we will say so before you commit.
Yes. Plumbing, tiling, electrics and decoration are all handled by our own team, so the trades turn up in the right order and the room is finished when we say it will be.
Most family bathrooms take two to three weeks on site once we start. We will give you a sequence at the design stage so you know which days the room is out of action.
